The SWIFT CREEK SHOPPING CENTER is an established neighborhood shopping tradition in the rapidly growing Swift Creek Area. Currently our shopping center is 85,998 square feet retail strip located at the crossroads of Raleigh and Cary.  We are at the intersection of Jones Franklin Road and Tryon Road, just 1.2 miles from US-1 and US-64.

Future Expansion & Leasing

Future plans for the shopping center include adding an additional entrance on Holly Springs Road.  According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, approximately 37,000 vehicles pass the shopping center each day.  An additional entrance on Holly Springs Road would bring even more traffic to our shopping center.  We also plan to add additional shops and office buildings on 10 acres adjacent to the shopping center.

• (2) 1,200 sq. ft. spaces available in the newest building.  These units are adjacent to each other and can be combined for 2,400 sq. ft. of space.
• 1,600 sq. ft. space available for lease.  Located next to Children's Orchard and State Farm.  Layout of the space is coming soon!
• 8,640 sq. ft. space available in October.  Great open space, perfect for a business that needs more space!  Low rent rates.
