Future Plans
Future plans for the shopping center include adding an additional
entrance on Holly Springs Road. According to the North Carolina
Department of Transportation, approximately 37,000 vehicles pass
the shopping center each day. An additional entrance on Holly
Springs Road would bring even more traffic to our shopping center.
We lso plan to add additional shops and office buildings on 10 acres
adjacent to the shopping center.
