Future plans for the shopping center include adding an additional entrance on Holly Springs Road. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, approximately 37,000 vehicles pass the shopping center each day. An additional entrance on Holly Springs Road would bring even more traffic to our shopping center. We also plan to add additional shops and office buildings on 10 acres adjacent to the shopping center.

The Franklin Center is an office complex just a few miles down the road from the Swift Creek Shopping Center (1215 Jones Franklin Road, Raleigh, NC 27606). We are currently have no available units for lease in that building.
